Exhibitor Information

The Turfgrass Producers of Texas 5^th  Annual Conference and Trade Show will be held Tuesday, January 16, 2007 at the Bay City Civic Center in Bay City, Texas and we hope that you will want to be there. 

By exhibiting your equipment and products at this event, you will have the opportunity to visit with producers from across the state as well as support the association whose members buy and use your equipment and products.

Each booth will be 10’ x 10’ with high back drape and side drape rails.  We will provide a 6’ table,  two chairs and electricity will be available.  Space is available in front of each booth if you have small equipment that you would like to showcase, such as forklifts and other small pieces of equipment.  The large parking lot in front of the Civic Center will be available for larger equipment that you might want to bring.  Just let us know what you are bringing and we will make sure you have adequate space.

The Registration Fees as outlined on the attached form include 2 lunch tickets and 2 dinner tickets.  If you do not plan to use these tickets or you need additional tickets, please let us know so we can plan to have enough food.

We are striving to schedule breaks, lunch, the social hour and auctions in the Trade Show area to give as much exposure to your booth and give our attendees every opportunity to visit with you.

TPT is committed to funding worthy research projects that pertain to the advancement of this industry and dedicate the dollars we receive each year from the Silent Auction and items selected to be in the Live Auction to funding these studies.  Because of the generosity of exhibitors such as you, we have been able to contribute over $25,000.00 to research since 2003.  If you wish to join in this endeavor, please let me know if you have an item to put in the auction.
