CELL PHONE SOLICITATIONS

There are reports that cell phone numbers are now being released to telemarketing companies.  You can limit or stop these calls by placing your cell phone number on the National Do Not Call Registry.  Registered numbers remain on the DNC list for five years and companies must check these lists each month. 

To register a number, call 1-888-382-1222 from your cell phone, or go online to register at www.donotcall.gov. Registration of home or business telephones can be handled in the same manner.
